excellent and professional service

I recently had the opportunity to experience the excellent and professional service provided by Faye Gliddon at Select in Bournemouth, when we were recruiting for the position of PA/Development Team Co-ordinator.  Faye's communication with me was timely and precise, and she left no stone unturned in finding out exactly what the job role was and what we were looking for.  Faye really paid attention to detail and through her actions demonstrated her ability and desire to provide the highest possible service.

Faye only sent me a select number of CV's, which was ideal, and the calibre of them was extremely high.  This showed that Faye had really listened to our requirements and had accurately conveyed them through her advertising.  The overviews for each candidate, which accompanied the CV's, were very informative and gave me more of a personal feel for the individuals, prior to interview.  I also felt that Faye was sincere in discussing the attributes for each candidate that best suited the position and the company.

Faye was adaptable when asked to organise skill tests for the candidates at late notice and she had briefed the candidates very well prior to the interviews.  Faye's feedback following the interviews was swift and informative and she sought as much information as possible from me for the unsuccessful candidates, so as to give them detailed feedback.

I am pleased to say that with Faye's assistance we successfully recruited for the role and our new PA/Development Team Co-ordinator is settling in nicely.  I cannot fault the professional and friendly service provided by Faye and I would have no hesitation in utilising her services in the future or recommending her to other human resources acquaintances.
